Soul Collage®
Soul Collage® is an intuitive collage process, created by Seena Frost, author of SoulCollage® Evolving. The process evolved from Seena’s love of creativity, spirituality and psychotherapy.
SoulCollage® taps into the transformative power of images, imagination, intuition and synchronicity. The soul gravitates to images that have meaning for you, even though you may not know why. The cards you create often produce insights that are surprising and full of depth and meaning. SoulCollage® works directly with the language of symbols, images and archetypes and is an insightful process of self-discovery.
Workshops are offered once a month, Saturday from 10a-2p. Max group size is 12, cost is 25.00 per person, all supplies included.
Soul Collage® can be brought to your small group, leadership team, Grief Share, Birthday party or any event that can be honored or celebrated.
Integrating the 12 Steps Through Art
An Experiential Group for Those on the Recovery Path, This group will meet 12 times in 12 months. We will interact with a Step, an art activity designed to integrate and explore that specific Step, and an opportunity to share one’s insight. All supplies will be supplied.
